Mycah Berryman

I’m a science nerd by education who fell into business administration work after college. I’ve worked at non-profits of various sizes and in higher education. When I’m not crunching numbers, I’m likely relaxing with my pit bull, Lilly, or teaching 5:30 am Jazzercise classes at the Annapolis Jazzercise Fitness Center. 

I have nearly two decades of diverse administrative and financial management experience in non-profits of various sizes. My favorite work so far has been improving the business processes, refining the business model, and reshaping the compensation model with the crew at Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School. What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to improve the efficiency of OBUSA’s business processes to increase its ability to support the Regional Schools and to serve as a sounding board and thought partner for the Regional Schools’ finance staffs to support their efforts to expand each school’s capacity and sustainability.
