SERVICE
A cornerstone of every Outward Bound experience—service reminds us of our ability to be our best self and make a difference in the lives of others and our communities by shifting our eyes outward. It evokes compassion and instills a life of selflessness. Kurt Hahn once said “We learn what it means to be human when we act to help others.” Dependent on course location and program line—expedition service projects may include trail work, volunteering at a local community pantry or farm, river cleanup or various other projects. An experience that lays foundations for life.
*Students may receive credit towards school service hours. Please bring all required school paperwork with you to course.
