Outward Bound Philadelphia celebrated Expedition City Green on Tuesday May 11, 2010 honoring the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society’s President Jane Pepper and Executive Vice President J. Blaine Bonham, Jr. Both award recipients arrived via zip-line directly onto the stage where they were presented the Compass Award.
In honor of the event, Michael A. Nutter, Philadelphia Mayor, Outward Bound Philadelphia founder and Outward Bound alumnus, presented a proclamation naming May 11, 2010 Outward Bound Day in the city of Philadelphia!
