CINDY HOLKER

Cindy Holker retired as Senior Vice President of Direct to Consumer from Allen Edmonds Corporation in 2018.  During her time at Allen Edmonds, she oversaw the rapid growth of the e-commerce business and assisted in the eventual sale of the Company to Caleres, Inc.  Prior to Joining Allen Edmonds, Holker served as Vice President of e-commerce for Best Buy Co. leading multiple functions responsible for e-commerce growth including merchandising, customer experience and technology.  Holker has also held executive positions with Target Corporation and Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Post retirement, Holker has been able to dedicate more time to several nonprofit organizations.  In addition to serving on the Outward Bound USA Board, Holker serves as past Chair of Voyageur Outward Bound and is past Chair of the Outward Bound Services Group.  Other nonprofit work includes Treasurer of the League of Women Voters Minnesota, several years as a Board member of Fraser, the largest provider of autism and early childhood mental health services in Minnesota and Planning Commissioner for the City of Shorewood, MN.

Cindy is an avid outdoors person, running, biking and hiking whenever time permits. You can find her at her happiest when cross country skiing at the family cabin near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in northern Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with an accounting degree and CPA, and received her Master’s in Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota
